  The band at groove is really good. They know exactly what to play to keep people on the dance floor. Had a good time when we are there. Service is obviously the best it can be base on the amount of people and staff on the day. Sometimes it's a long wait but what can you do with a hundred people lining up and only 4 staff behind the bar. Security is on the lookout which gives it a safe environment.

  As a regular customer at Crown Towers I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Josh from concierge. He is the epitome of good old fashion customer service; he went above and beyond my expectations. He was courteous at the counter when we collected the key, provided water bottles, helped with handheld luggage, and made sure we got to our room without a hitch. He deserves to be employee of the month. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Reception form Metorpol needs to learn from Towers, or maybe that explains the price difference.

  BEST Hotel in Perth. Staff served with enthusiasm, hospitality & efficiency especially the concierge blokes. Room was clean, cosy & comfy. Love the restaurants, good spread, fresh ingredients, great taste & efficient service. Highly recommend to anyone & everyone. I stayed here in 2004.

  I have stayed at Crown Casino many times and have really enjoyed myself. This stay was very different we budgeted for the room and bond only to find out the bond has gone up from $100 a room per night to $500. With the cost of the room and bond it doesn’t leave you very much money if you only have $1000 daily withdraw limit to gamble and enjoy yourself (between 2 people) and to be informed it may take 3-5 days for your money to be returned by the bank. We are now sitting in our room watching tv. So much for having a special night out. I wish we were told when we booked over the phone as we could have planned things a bit better. Very very Upset and disappointed.

  Had an afternoon high tea at the Atrium with the wife and kids last Sunday. Great value and endless champagne included in the price! Excellent service and friendly staff looking after your every need! Thanks Guys...

  My first experience to the crown was absolutely awesome, had a nice dinner at the silk, lovely staff. Wandered around to have a look. Unfortunately I wanted to play pokies but it didn't open till 10pm, it got to late for. Told all my gym mates it was awesome.

  To leave even without cautioning that what I was doing was t accepted!!!!! No Magyar how I explained. That was not a good way to treat a tourist I felt demeaned
