  TL:DR - Nice and clean place, but awful sale techniques.
  
  I mean sure, I didn't come dressed in my finest formal wear, wearing my 23karat gold Rolex, with matching diamond whatever, but that doesn't mean I should be ignored at a car dealership. This takes non-pushy sales staff to a whole new level - not even being GREETED! When I did ask a question it felt as though talking to me was a chore :(
  
  I also felt like I was being watched the whole time, if you're going to stand and watch why not come over and talk? (Visited the dealership 23/04/2022)

  I unfortunately lost the keys to my Great Wall. Several times I had cause to call GWM Burswood parts department. There was one individual in particular I spoke to. I have never dealt with anyone as abrupt or arrogant as this person. I was also informed I would have to pay a fee of, initially, $45. Then I was informed $49. Since then, I have been advised by 2 other Great Wall dealerships that whoever stated this was, in fact charging me for something that would NEVER be charged for. I have now owned 4 Great Walls over the years and I swear by them. One thing I can categorically state is should I ever purchase another Great Wall in the future, it definitely will not be from the Burswood dealership.

  I walked in with my wife, requesting for car review for h6. The chinese male staff just pointed at car and ask us to have a look ourselves, and call him if we need anything, which is fine. But he seems to he occupied with texting, laughing and chatting with manager rather than checking on us.
  I personally feel that they looked down on us, hence the rating.

  I purchased my Haval a week ago, highly recommend there sales department, I dealt with Neil he was just amazing so easy to deal with. Made myself and my children feel so welcome. Easy handover didn’t have to wait long at all for my vehicle. Neil spent time showing me how the functions on the car work. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a Haval.

  Very poor customer service picked up our brand new h6 ultra paid extra for paint protecting and it turned up with markings over the vehicle took it back and was given lip and told to go away tried to show photos and all while in show room floor when pick vehicle up but was shoved off seamed all they wanted was money and no service to a customer at all I do not recommend this company at all
