  We purchased a car from them a while ago. When we get our rego letter, it doesn't say what make and model it is so we called burswood honda up and asked them to put it in but they said that we have to take the car in for them to do a vehicle inspection to verify the make and model and will cost us $166. What in the world?? They are at fault here. We bought the car brand new, they should've entered all the details in properly!! So they shouldn't be charging us to have the vehicle inspected just to 'verify' it...great customer service, always about money. Poor quality service, can't even enter basic car information into the system.

  I have just bought new car yesterday from Burswood Honda. I am very happy with their service and my brand new Honda CRV! Aaron Loong has been serviced me, he is very patient and cheerful, explaining the fuctions of this car with his knowledge passionately... I also did some research earlier, really like the car. Aaron made me feel comfortable and welcome. Their after sale care manager also add paint protection and Windows tint for this demo car, I am so pleased.

  I ordered a part for my car and the person who took the order he was like you will get your order in 2 working days. However I didn't get my order. This is still fine.
  When I call the parts department and trying to connect with them. They always pass the phone to the receptionist. This is worse customer service I will say. No call back and no response to customer enquirers.
  I also work in the customer service. I never been seen this type of worse customer service.
  Never going back to Burswood Honda.

  A lovely and clean workshop with friendly staff. Service pricing is competitive but don't get any extra such as tyres or you will pay much more.

  Prompt and good service on a vehicle airbag recall. The waiting time was made enjoyable with free wifi and hot drinks
